THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN you, the user, and Cells-talk (alternatively called COPE).

Use of any of the pages of this site will be deemed as acceptance of the terms, conditions and stipulations of this notice. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, do not use this Site.

Your use of the COPE website and its contents - even after payment of a small subscription fee that is seen as a licence fee to use COPE - explicitly does not create in any way any kind of agreement or contract between you, the user, and the witer/owner/maintainer of this site or anyone else who is in any way connected with COPE.


Changes in this agreement

COPE reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your use of the COPE site will be subject to the most current version posted here at the time of your use. This agreement applies to you or to you and your employer, if you are using COPE on your employer’s behalf, and you warrant that such party has full knowledge of your actions and has consented thereto.


Cookies

After successful registration COPE will use cookies to monitor whether you are a registered user or not. You are not allowed to pass on your access information to third parties. If our system detects such breaches, you will be denied future access and forfeit whatever licence fee you may have paid.

COPE PROVIDES YOU WITH THE SITE CONTENTS ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS without any warranties of any kind. The author of COPE is not responsible for the outcome of any experiments or the interpretation of results coming from such experiments in third party laboratories derived from the interpretation of information presented on COPE web pages.
